- How You Know It’s Time to Quit Your Job -

For those of you who are still thinking about becoming entrepreneurs and haven’t taken the leap into the unknown, know that there is a time to do so and a time to keep learning. Here are some tips on how to figure out which position you’re in.

You Feel Unfulfilled at Your Job

Working hard means that you are fulfilling yourself in ways that things outside of work can’t. Your job should help shape you in professional and personal ways, and you should constantly be learning something new that excites you and helps you grow. However, sometimes that molding and those new lessons teach you to be a negative person, and this is usually when your work becomes obviously unfulfilling. Sometimes it even starts to bleed into your personal life and begins to affect the relationships closest to you. This is a good sign it’s time to move on.

You Get Sick of Being Bossed Around

A lot of people take orders well and prefer the direction that orders provide, especially if those orders come with positive feedback. However, if you’ve reached a point where you want to punch someone in the face whenever they tell you what to do, it may be time to seek a new career. Letting the resentment build because your voice is not being heard can make you an angry, upset person, and there’s no reason to let it get that far.

You Mind Feeling Unfulfilled More than Failing

We all want to succeed at our dreams, and we all have them. When you’ve reached the point that your feelings of dissatisfaction topple your fear of failing at your dreams, you know it’s time to chase that dream and become something bigger and better than you are now.
